Rooted in the belief that strong health systems are the backbone of universal health coverage, we work tirelessly to improve access to healthcare services, particularly in underserved communities across Tanzania.

At THASS, we collaborate with local partners, governments, and stakeholders to build sustainable, responsive health systems that address the unique needs of the communities they serve. Our work focuses on tackling pressing global health challenges such as infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, and the effects of climate change on health.
