Dr. Lugano Wilson serves as the Director of Programs at Tanzania Health Access and System Strengthening (THASS). With an MD and an MMED in Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Dr. Lugano brings over a decade of extensive experience in clinical practice and program management, having worked at Muhimbili National Hospital and Benjamin Mkapa Hospital. His expertise in anesthesiology, critical care, and health systems strengthens THASS’s capacity to design and implement impactful healthcare programs. Dr. Lugano is dedicated to improving healthcare access, enhancing service delivery, and advancing the organization’s mission to transform health outcomes in Tanzania.
Mr. Persons is the Director of Finance and human resourece at Tanzania Health Access and System Strengthening (THASS). With extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning, Mr. Persons plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability and operational efficiency of the organization. Bringing over 10 years of professional experience in managing finances for health-focused initiatives, He is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and the effective allocation of resources to support THASS's mission of improving healthcare access and strengthening health systems in Tanzania.
